A terrier of wt at present is known to belong to the Vicarage of Kirkby Malzead Impr.

The Vicarage House consists of one Hall, Parlour and kitchen with Chamber over each of these Rooms, all this part is covered with slate.

Item.  In the year 1741 I erected a Brewhoufse at my own Charge wch I joined to the East end of the old Houfe with the Window to the Garden being 3 yards and half broad & 4 yards & half long, has no Room over, is covered with tile.

Item. An Outbuilding or Stables covered with Ling built by me Same and one little Coal houfe thatcht with Ling built at my expence some years ago.

Item. In the year 1742 a Carthoufe & a  place for 4 Cows, built of stone & laid in lime & covered with Ling were raised at my Cost.

Item. The Garden by Estimation contains one Rood of Ground & the Churchyard One acre & half as witnefs my hand this 11^th day of April 1745.    Goodriche Ingram, Vicar.
